Got one before Christmas, works great. Gets up to temp fast and heats evenly through the blade. I would recommend it to anyone needing a smaller portable forge.
I had one issue due to the post office handling packages like the Hulk, but one phone call later and I had replacement parts on the way. I have used it for several knives now and Im getting good results on reaching were i want to be on the Rockwell scale.
