Uh-oh. BIG problem. Look at the display. Right next to the date is a small symbol, of an antenna. This indicates the watch resets itself to atomic time. On mine, made for the US, the instructions indicate we have to select a US time zone for the time display. Then we can select any other time zone for the second window -- I set it for GMT.
But if you get a Japanese model, it won't be adjusted for the signal from Ft. Collins, Colorado.
You wouldn't be able to take advantage of this function, and would have to set the watch manually.
Ohhh, I guess you were asking about the specific watches that I posted. They definitely work in both Japan and the USA. This is NOT the case with the German market "Solid Solar" watches. Those ONLY work in Europe.
