I'm in and thank you for the opportunity. My favorite custom maker is Keith Kilby-MS, but I don't know if he is still forging knives anymore.
I haven't bought a China made knife in years and certainly don't plan to anytime soon.

#3 - I promise not to buy a Chinese knife and don't own any. Of course, I'm assuming that the Republic of China (i.e. Taiwan) isn't the China to which you're referring.

Im in, mike snody, bought a chinese knife when i first started collecting and will never ever again.

2. I haven't had the the chance to actually use any full blown custom knives so I can't really say. Although, if I am forced to pick I suppose I do like the looks of Tobin Smith knives.

Just wanted to say a great big Thank You to Nick at ATS Knifeworks for sponsoring such a great giveaway, and to the folks at Random Number Generator who picked me as the winner. :D

The knife arrived yesterday, and it looks great! I would definitely recommend A.T.S. Knifeworks based on the quality of this blade.

The "Backpacker" design is nice too, and would work well for a long-distance wilderness hiker who wanted a stiff durable blade.
