I think that I provided an answer to your question on this subject in response to a similar question that you asked in one of your first posts on this forum last month buck 110 conversions.

However, as you have addressed the question to Joe, perhaps he can give you a definitive official answer.

I'm not a Buck exec. I don't even play one on TV. I can give you your answer though - because it wouldn't turn a profit.

I have to admit that I am not positive on this but do believe it is not legal for us to do so. That does not answer the question of why other Californy based companies make autos, I don't know.
