I justed wanted to share a recent experience with Tracy and his outfit, USA Knife Maker Supply. Around Christmas time I ordered one of Zaph's Atlas forges from USA Knife Maker. When it arrived I unpacked the forge and leaving the torch in its packaging set the forge and torch aside in the shop as I knew I would not be using it for a while. First part of Feb I was gonna do some work so unpacked the torch to set it up on the forge. It was then that I noticed that the hose end of the torch was squished. Obviously shipping damage but now it was a month and change since I'd received my forge so kinda my fault for not inspecting the torch when I unpacked the forge right? Well that was my feeling. I contacted USA to let em know and see how I could go about getting another torch and they replaced it! For free. Even paid for a shipping label to ship the old one back. That's above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. What's that kind of service get ya? More of my business anyhoo. Just a reminder that we should try and keep as much of our business in house as we can. I know there is a more appropriate place here on BF for this but I can't find that deal most of the time.

USAknifemaker.com has some of the best customer service in the biz... they always take care of mistakes, whether it's their fault or not. I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

I've got 5-10 orders with USA, Tracy and his team have really great customer service. They also stock some unique items that are specific to knife making, many of them custom. I am a f***ing stickler on things like matched scales. They have always taken care of me and I'm new.

Alpha Knife Supply also has wonderful customer service, and I just found Pop's knife supply going out of their way to save me $10 on shipping on a $70 order.
