You can't create posts consisting only of capital letters, there's a function called "Prevent Shouting" which then changes them to lowercase

Well, it's not exactly what I suggested, but it's close. Quite a while ago I suggested to the vBulletin people anyone who tries to post in all caps should get a polite error message something like:

Sorry, your post has been rejected because you are a dork. Have a nice day.
