Attempt at Customer Service

Those 5.11 k-bits are indeed bad ass.

It really is. I always recommend it to someone if they can't get an Emerson right off the bat. The only change I'd make to it is maybe have some G10 scales instead of the FRN (I think that's what they use, I'm too lazy to look it up).

The simple answer is there are people who cannot be pleased. There are two ways to handle them. In the long run it is best to TRY and please them. Luckily most people are not that difficult. It's just part of dealing with the public. A business has to have people that have the patience to deal with these type of people. Some people are better at R&D and others at human relations.

I was over at my Local VA Clinic today, they were slammed, finally I drug a chair over as the cement floors kill my back. Some one in line started complaining that the CLERKS were not moving fast enought to make this person happy.

I finally lost my cool telling the cry baby the clerks trying to hep everyone, some times check in go fast, some times not. Maybe if you are unhappy with the VA, and the free care you get, you might consider going elsewhere, and paying for crap service.
