I am offering up a minty 3/16" Swamp Rat Rat Shaker I. Not only is it an original run rat shaker (with several holes as opposed to the one large cutout hole seen in the newer versions) but it is also 3/16"!! These were produced in VERY limited numbers and were only available at blade shows. Furthermore, they'll never be made again. You won't see another of these knives for many years, if ever. I am willing to trade this valuable collectors' item in exchange for a common production busse.

I have a craving for a black coated Meaner Street with either black or snakeskin handles. I will also consider other busses. (Active Duties, Heavy Duties, Badgers, etc.)

Email doctorbenny@gmail.com to trade me for this incredible little piece of steel.

Just curious, you really think this thing is worth around $300? Leaner mean goes for at least 250, how did you get ahold of one. New?

Do I think it's worth $300? The answer is no. However, I have no doubt it will someday be worth that and much more since it's the original shaker and such a rarity.

No, I did not buy this new. To the best of my knowledge, they were only available at Blade a few years ago. I don't even know how many of these little 3/16" suckers are out there. I bought it for roughly $200 and some over a year ago from another knut. You say a Leaner is $250, and it is in not nearly as limited.

I thought letting go of this item in exchange for a Meaner was a pretty fair deal. I think the knife's investment value far exceeds the current price discrepancy of $50. The more I think about it, I'm almost talking myself out of this deal.

He wasn't being an ass or anything, but bringing up dollar amounts tends to cause issues on the trade forum.
