I've been dinged for 2 of the 3 big bags. I feel like a kid waiting for Santa to come.

As someone new to the Busse world, I wish they would ship with a note saying what the knife is, because unless it is something pretty common, I most likely will be clueless as to what it is.

Don't worry, once the boxes start arriving there will be a pic thread of what they contain. Post a picture of what you have and specify which ones you aren't familiar with, the crew here should be able to help identify them. I know I won't know what mine all are
 
I don't like surprises, even good ones. Never have, never will. So didn't go for any of these. Am interested to see what they hold for you adventurers, though. I hope they are all you could hope for.
 
Definitely the biggest gamble i ever took, but figured it might be good to widen my horizons lol maybe end up with a blade or combo id never consider buying under different circumstances

Yea it was a big gamble for me too, especially at $500!!! But after seeing what they did for the guys who bought the "Mystery Item" that was accidentally posted on the site, I trust them to blow us away! Plus $800 value for $500 is a good deal in any book. Even if you can't do a trade, even selling for $600 you make a little profit! Good deal all around.

I'm sure it will be longer for me to get mine since I moved to Puerto Rico a few weeks ago. Seems all of my packages are taking 7-10 days to get here!!!!
 
My shipments all take about a week and I'm still in the lower 48 so that's not too shabby for being overseas. I personally don't think it's too much of a gamble like you said you have a guaranteed value. Also, the grab bags could be a huge boom for this forum just with people trying to figure out what they received. Hopefully we see a large amount of variety to keep the posts interesting.
