Attention Sharpmaker 203 and 204 users!

I have an older model 203. I recently was interested in knowing what angle it was set at, so I checked it with a protractor and discovered that it was 22 1/2 degrees (45 degrees) I know that the new 204 has a set of 30 and 40 degrees holes. Would you folks mind checking your 203's and 204's and posting the results? I would be interested in knowing if Spyderco changed that angle in the last 8 years. Many knife manufacturers recommend the Sharpmaker. Do you think that 2 1/2 degree difference is significant?
I'm actually leaning towards replacing the 203 with an Apex, but I am still interested in how that difference may affect the sharpness of a blade. Thanks!!
