Attn: Sal, Nemo & Fred Perrin -- Folding La Griffe?

As I was re-reading the Perrin review of the Military, especially the little editorial banter regarding the Spyder hole and La Griffe's finger hole, this idea came to my mind: why not combine the Spyder opening hole and La Griffe's index finger hole to create Folding La Griffe?! I wonder whether Fred and the Spyderco R&D can get together to design a Spyder out of Fred's unique but incredibly utilitarian design?

Hello,

I just talk with Fred about the Boye Basic 1 "folding version". It could be applied to the La Griffe easily.
Fred also has made a Balisong La Griffe, pictured on the Knife Center !
