Would you mind clarifying two points from your description, please?
Blade angle: 60 degrees Does that refer to the edge? If so, it seems quite obtuse for a cutting tool...especially one with a 3mm blade thickness.

Blade Material: 440 Which 440?


One other question, if you don't mind. I don't want to jump in front of blackend, do you have more of these available for sale?
