Atwood Prybaby Alternatives?

I'm interested in getting a little prybar for my keychain and discovered the Atwood Prybaby, but it's hard to come by. Can you recommend any alternatives? I'm looking for something with a screwdriver and a bottle opener.

Thanks for the recommendation. I found the Pocket Tool X Brewzer, which is exactly what I was looking for. 154CM Steel. $19. It's also a "Beer Shotgun Tool"!
