Berk (or any of you other experts out there), is there any significance as to why sometimes the crossed knives are handle up and sometimes handle down? I have seen them both ways. Just wondering.

Good question, Norm - and I have no idea. Spiral may well know if there is a reason other than artistic license. Another question - why is the cutting edge sometimes down and sometimes up?
