------, ------ and myself reviewed this and it is not clear enough to understand the exact words that are being said. Also the captioning does not contain text for the noted audio we reviewed. Captioning couldn't even detect what was being said. Probably thought the mumbling was background noise.

After living in TN for 10 years, I responded with... "And just exactly how does he know it was a Tennessee accent and not Georgia, Alabama or Arkansas?! I feel maligned!!"
