Which Dewey knives does an Aussie think are native Strine?

(ancient thread I know, but this is on topic and I figure it is better to keep everything in one place)
Visiting family in Australia, and saw this in the display at the local RSL, it is a fairly modest edition to a display filled with medals, exotic military regalia, weapons, etc from all the different wars, but I thought it must have some small story to tell:

Very interesting to see that one, and an impressive collection all round from the look of it

Safe travels and enjoy your trip

thanks guys, the whole wall of the club is filled with memorabilia from veteran's and their relatives.
Interesting to see how many knifemakers are actually in Australia.

I have several traditional Spyderco's, if that counts. :) :) :)
I went to the Adelaide knife show two years ago, and was very impressed with the quality. Didn't buy anything, but purely for budgetary reasons. There was a bowie with magnificent engraving on the blade. The bloke who made it told me it was 40 hours worth and I could believe it.
