I noticed my "color" went from platinum to gold in the "whos online" list but was still platinum under my name.
Then my "color" went to gold under my name.
Now I am a "registered user"
What the hell?
Last year the system automatically renewed me. This year the system does not?
Not only does it not renew me, it downgraded me in steps over a period of several days.
Software that DOES or DOES NOT is workable.
Software that does SOMETIMES means something is wrong.
I sent Spark a PM about this yesterday but now I cannot send another so its here. I figure if this is happening to me, its happening to others. I suppose I will go and manually upgrade myself again, once I am certain the software won't do it for me and charge me twice.
Admin may wish to look into this. If it had done me automatically I would still be platinum. Now when I manually re-do it I am likely to re-analyze whether I should just do gold at half the cost.
