I'm looking to get an auto knife. I like the looks and feel of the Benchmade AFO 9050SBT and the Mini-Reflex. Those that know me from other posts, I like black blades partial serrations and non-tanto or chisel grinds. I like the Stryker auto but for the tanto point.

So, what others are there? I'm looking for a knife under $200. Any ideas or leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Although they never get mentioned much, for under $200.00 Paragon auto's are of good quality and have some nice designs.I've owned a few of their knives and have always felt that they were underrated. The ones I had were always snappy little auto's with strong springs, nice sized firing buttons that fire smoothly. The knives overall came finished nicely and the blades were always like a razor.Alot of their models in fact are well under 200.00 dollars.Later,Ralph

The Mini-Reflex is a nice blade Riley. You may consider a Masters of Defense Possibly. It hits right at $200 and is a pretty nice auto. They make the Trident, Hornet or the Tempest. The Hornet might be a little small tho.

You might get more response in the auto forum but I think that Microtechs new SOCOM Elite for MSRP of $195 is going to be hard to beat.
