Yeah .. I put a video up on my Instagram this evening (@jou_fuu). Might answer your question. You can remove the sheath from the Frog while it's on your belt and slip it in your cargo pocket or something .. but you no longer have a belt loop. 6.25" OAL (interior is about 6").
 
Bud..I'm rally sorry to keep asking questions but I meant the length including the. Frog.. I only ask because I like to be very discrete when I carry a knife and I'm trying to get an idea of how low it will ride. Thanks

No worries. The belt loop extends 1.75" above the top edge of the sheath.

Not really. The HB-3 (extended the design) works best for a JF Skinner. It's a smidgen longer than a Monarch (7 3/4" vs the Skinner at 7 7/8" OAL)
 
Bud, I'm in need of a Hiking Buddy sheath now. I like "B" in walnut or chocolate (not cordovan/cowboy black). Any hope there might be one around in the next week?

Not this week, already got my builds cut. I'll put it on my to do list - but limited leather time for the next couple weeks.

I appreciate it! I am getting Phillip's tangerine hiking buddy and want a special sheath for it. I think the one with the frog will do nicely! What color do you think would go best? I know you don't take orders, so I appreciate you putting it on your list. If you think of it and can give me a heads up (pkaufman@emypeople.net) that would be great, but I will be watching your sales threads! Take care, Paul
