Sorry buddy .. but I'm on an 'assignment' this week at my day job. I've had to move my usual hours/days around. It happens every now and then.

Quick question - what is the liquid on the tip of the knives when you take your pics - it's a blue/purple on the tips ????

It's a 2 fold .. 1. The knife 'blade' still needs it's final grind. Andy does that part. 2. The color denotes the steel. Blue=O1, Red=A2.
