1) Zt 0850 $210 Shipped- SOLD SOLD-Like New With Box SOLD SOLD SOLD
What can I say, I believe this is the smoothest phosphor bronze knives made by any maker from Chris Reeve to Les George...Yes It's really that good. Flawless blade grind, ceturing, amazing action and a full size knife that wieghts nothing. Really just a fantastic knife... although I can say it a love it or hate it design, I myself hated it till handling this one at scheels and bought it on the spot as it change my mind instantly. I paid a little over $300 after tax, I know knifecenter has a great sale selling these as the new black model is available. Knifecenter is selling at $230 shipped, mine being still new in the box I think $210 is fair.
2)Kizer Guru $130 shipped, Lightly Used With Box
Knife is like new, was carried to the office a handful or times, no marks on the scales that I can find, blade grind still looks perfect and there are no scratches but maybe one or two faint rub marks on the blade itself as I know I cut a few boxes and pieces of mail with it. Perfect centuring and a thumb deploying knife that other makers should strive to achieve. It's just a joy to flip open, locks up perfect, and with a slight shake it will close itself, just an incredibly well built knife with and addictive action and great style. I've had a couple of these and find myself always buying another as there just great knives, good values, and tons of style from the designer Matt Degan. I believe I purchased from bladehq in the $180 range so with light use am thinking $130 shipped.
3) Factor Iconic Compact $70 Shipped With Box- SOLD SOLD SOLD
Carried many times but don't recall doing any cutting or box destruction and blade grind shows no sign or use, still sharp as new. It flips perfectly, locks up great with zero play, and falls shut with just a wiggle and perfect centuring. These were built by a well known/respected company to great standards- due to some legal issues a young start up company was put in the middle and made the honorable move to sell all of this line and take a major loss, I found this to be pretty cool and ordered several in both compact in large as well as some flashlights to help support this start up company and its employees. It reminds me of my ZT 0450 in just about every way but prefer the iconic as it has a wider handle for better grip and a spyderco like blade for great cutting, I have two more and one in carbon fiber that I carry daily so thought no need to have three so here is this one for a cheap price of $70 shipped (new I think they were half or so $99- so it's in the range of $30 off a new one).
4) Kershaw Leek and Kershaw Chive $45 shipped, Blacked out Leek was carried for a couple weeks, has been sharpened at a demonstration on ken onion sharpener- I can say it's not the best job i've seen but still cuts fine and its a great knife but a good shapening would have it good as new. It's a used knife so some little scratches and shows some ware, but overall great knife, looks cool, has a fun action, blade is centured, lock up is perfect and zero blade play, I just don't carry anymore so thought maybe someone new or into Leeks may want this one for a good deal and I'd toss in the little Kershaw Chive as well. The chive is like new, never carried was my nieces knife to learn to open and close safely so knife it great but I used a piece or cardboard and rubbed the cutting edge back and forth to dull just the sharpest point so she would not cut herself, but never used to actually cut with, again just for her to learn to safely use a liner lock and the chives when sharp are INSANE! like a scalpel, so I thought it was best to tame the Chive before a possilbe accident. She has since learned safely and moved on to a different knife.
Jake Hoback-Kwaiback Carbon Fiber Like New $450 -SOLD SOLD
Kwaiback UHEP Carbon fiber model. Comes like new with wood presentation box and signed DOB card. Never used or pocketed. Blade centuring and lock up are perfect. The knives action is out of this world, smooth while being sturdy, I tell people my High end Hoback have the feel of a Sebenza but using bearings "meaning they have that crazy smooth feeling but not so loose there sloppy, they have that hydraulic feel, with detent perfection.
Extremely Rare KnifeArt Hinderer XM18 3.5" Gen.5 Sheepsfoot $400 SOLD
This is the last batch before triway pivots, first of the sheepsfoot blade and steel lock bar interface, and 1 off only 20 knifeart foundy gear editions-the lock scale having Found GEAR as well as the number 20 Lasered into the scale as I wanted the last model of this very small production run,I think it add a little more "special"being it was the last in this configuration before the switch to bearing, but still having the upgraded steel lock interface and CPM20CV (I'm not a fan of the new bearing Hinderers, but maybe i've had great luck as all my knives are silky smooth). The action on this knife is wonderful and smooth. It can be flipped in any direction with any finger. Lock up is perfect. Blade grind and centuring are perfect as well. This comes with a one off titanium lanyard bead as well as one off black G10 Scale that will never be offered again. Larry at knife art said this was a special run "kind of a favor to due such a small run and try to offer something cool and a little extra special" so they thought the first sheepsfoot with lockbar insert and all other knives would be new gen.6 models and standardized from the moment on. Being a XM-18 lover I had to have one, comes with box and lanyard, Never carried, never cut with, a special knife without the Special(expensive price tag).
carbon fiber backspacer for small Sebenza 21-SOLD SOLD
will fit all blade shape, we worked to make sure the tanto would not touch and I bought a few to text, no issues but when installing it safe to set inside and close softly the first time as the tanto can come pretty close to touching- simple fix just a little sandpaper in the area close. but again on mine they were perfect.
