Lured by the prospect of owning a discontinued CRKT Seahawk 2,
I purchased one online from thepolicestore.com. Received it around a week or so later, no problem. Unfortunately, it was not for me. I attempted to email them, but their 'feedback' box won't let you... "access denied-404" They have no phone number listed. The knife came with a return addres of Kroll International of Shelby Township, MI. I phoned them, they were helpful, told me they ship items for the company, gave me a couple of phone numbers and a name, Bruce M something. Called him up, ring ring ring. Nothing. After repeated attempts, and per instructions from Kroll (Kroll doesn't take the actual return, they said) I shipped the knife, new and unused, in original box, etc to thepolicestore.com with a note. Nothing. No answer and no credit. All shipping done in proscribed time, well under a week from time of receiving the knife,U.S. Postal, insured. I finally called up my cc company to dispute the charges, which were kindly removed or I should say credited by MasterCard. What as hitty way for a knife company to do business!
Avoid at all costs. I guess I should never have done business with a company that can't list a phone number. My mistake. Don't let it be yours.
