Aw.......heck No!

Being that you are likely to need citations and such, perhaps Eric would be a good candidate to work on a wikipedia submission. He does have more articles and such compiled on Busse knives.

Then we can blame Porkerson for the wikipedia entry.

I second Progunner's motion.

Jerry, don't go that route!

SHhhhhhhhh...you guys. Imagin this happen, more ppl at Busse. A Busse at BCS will be harder to get.

but seriously......no sour grape here, but i think it is kinda.....stupid. No need to be like them. I like the Busse the way it is now. Has more Home feeling than a company feeling. Its nice, why change it.

Of course, if Jerry want Busse to go like giant factory company as Benchmade, spyderco....etc, hell, Busse got potential.

How about this:

Busse Combat (pronounced BOO-sai)

A scam artist selling $2.00 knives for more than $200.00.

It is claimed that Busse uses a proprietary steel alloy called Infi but the experts will tell you it's really 1095 carbon steel or 420 stainless.

These knives are such a rip-off they don't even come with a sheath, sharpening stone, sewing needle or compass.

More disturbing than the high prices, false advertizing and low quality of Busse Combat knives is their record of seemingly unnessary animal testing with consciousness altering chemicals. So far hogs, skunks, rats, dogs and badgers have been subjected to this treatment.

The company is also rumored to be a Scientologist money laundering opperation.

That should scare away a lot of people.

I don't think that claiming to be associated with Scientology would scare off people, on the contrary I bet it would attract people like flies to brown stuff. The animal testing is good, maybe throw in "hardcore drinker", "advocates treating micarta with bacon grease", and 'posts lics of his secretary on the net".

You're on to something, but be carefull, that wich seems odd to us, is considered normal by some.

I agree that a reference to scientology might attract people but probably not people that would buy knives.

Skunk might get flodded with orders for lanyards if it was suggested that they could help your e-meter readings.

Otherwise, people that see the wiki would remember and sumarily dismiss any other claims.

Not Scientology...Kabbalah!!!

I don't know.

If I had to take a cross country road trip with Tom Cruise or Madonna, I would choose Madonna. Tom Cruise has much more scarrieness.

Since we want to scare away people, I say stick with Scientology.

I'd take them both, it only takes a little more time to dig a hole big enough for two bodies. :D

And they could both be silenced quickly with a firm smack from the back of a shovel.
Wouldn't even break a sweat.

I know of many places in the desert where a body or two would never be found, there are some mine so deep they appear to be endless.

A a fellow MOT, I view it more as perversion and bastardization than watering down. But hey, that's just me. ;)

Sure that too!
Either way, it's just wrong. I'm pretty sure their version of Kabbalah was created by the founders of the psychic hotline! :D
Excuse, me. I have to go create a golem now to stop this evil scheme once and for all.
