Imagine... you've invited friends over for dinner. The wives are in the kitchen drinking wine, and the gentlemen have retired to the study for Scotch and cigars. What do you have on your shelf that's worth showing off? None of your friends will have a knife like this vest or pocket Bowie. The knife is 160 layer random pattern Damascus of 1080 and 15n20, my second billet. Not to be outdone by the blade pattern, the frame handle of this knife features fine full coverage filework and coined liners. The frame and fittings are mirror polished 416 stainless. The handle is dark dyed giraffe bone with blue and brown undertones. This knife won the "Best Bowie" award at the Lone Star Knife Expo this past weekend in Dallas. The tooled sheath is right handed. Overall length is 11 inches with a 6 1/4" blade. $1500
