Mike Nguyen received a Shirogorov Mod 95 from me. Upon receipt he took it apart and requested a refund due to "poor action and centering" Rather than requesting a refund BEFORE taking the knife apart he asked AFTER the fact. I declined his request do to this based on his disassemble of the knife (Shirogorov Mod 95)
I KNOW the knife was perfect when I shipped it, he disagrees. Why not ask for a refund immediately after you've decided the knife isn't to your liking?? Mike also admitted he is new to the knife hobby, yet he took apart a Shirogorov?!?!?!?
After calling him 3 times I was then able to speak with him on the phone and discussed sending the knife to a local (to him) maker or "pimper" to put the knife back together properly, Mike agreed however ONE day later he no longer wants to discuss the issue, nor does he want to have someone local(ish) look at it. He has said "lets leave it in Paypals hands"
The below link does show I've made mistakes HOWEVER many in the link below have also stated that once Mike decided to disassemble the knife he now 100% takes ownership of it!!!
