Called the shop today to get a price on refurbishing my SHSHII, got to talk to Amy, what a nice gal. She made me feel like my needs were important and took the time to joke around and talk a bit. I have my own bussiness and get very tired of dealing with companies that act like your bothering them when your trying to buy their product. It was great talking to Amy, she made my day! Thanks AMY and thanks Busse for being such a great company.
 
Ya, I've always had great customer service on the few times I've called. Amy and the rest of Busse are very friendly folks.
 
I'd take that SHSH-11 out and use it some before the referbish job if i was you, Beat on it a little. And yes Amy is very nice to talk too. :thumbup:
 
I can relate, as a business owner, that it gets very tiresome dealing with people that obviously hate their jobs and treat you as a nuisance. It is always refreshing to deal with Amy and anybody at Busse because they treat you like an equal and actually show that they care.

They are all #1 in my book.

Many businesses today stopped treating customers like they where their first when they started the business. great customer service goes a long way. I never return for business when I don't feel I have had great customer service. Busse knows the value of good customer service and stands by those values day in and day out. :thumbup::thumbup:
 
Good product, good people and good/friendly service....what more do you want!!!
