Many businesses today stopped treating customers like they where their first when they started the business. great customer service goes a long way. I never return for business when I don't feel I have had great customer service. Busse knows the value of good customer service and stands by those values day in and day out.:thumbup:
Personally I think Busse CS is #1 for sure.

Having worked in the CS field for a lot of years (20+) myself and I always tried to give the best I could, bending over backwards for them.
Until I was treated like a dog, cussed out, threatened or otherwise.
Then they wouldn't get a glass of water out of me if they were on fire. :grumpy:
You know the old if you don't do what I want I will call and have you fired while they are lying trying to get over and cussing you out.
Or they would say the Manager told me this and that yesterday and I have to do it because of it ........ Well I was the Manager that was there yesterday and I never saw them before. LOL
Sometimes people forget that CS works both ways.
I
never back down if I know that I am right on either side of the fence.
Everyone has their own ideas of what good CS is, mine is if I walk in someplace they leave me alone and let me do my thing, if I need help I will ask for it.
I hate programmed scripts etc, they sound pathetic so it's best if they just stay away from me.
Anyway, rant off.
AMY is the best.
