I have some really cool tiger/flame maple for sale. These are Eastern Hard Maple. They are nice big blocks, solid and defect free. Hard, dry and stable, ready to use. They have full curl figure throughout, it moves so much it's difficult for me to capture. These will look great finished natural or they can be easily and nicely dyed using leather dye or wood dye. I prefer Fiebing's leather dye for mine.
Some of these might have a very slight rough/waney corner but it will NOT be an issue for a knife handle. The blocks are plenty big enough to get rid of that. These are natural blocks. I do have some headed to K&G for anyone that wants some stabilized.
