Awesome samurai sword cutting video

Impressive, although some of it is pure showmanship and not much more. I'd like to know who makes his swords, though.
 
Showmanship is only a very very small part......


His technique and focus is absolutely spot on. The Bob Munden of swords.....

Awesome! Thanks for the post. He barely cut the wood beneath that pipe. That and the pea pod- oh, yeah, and the airsoft- amazing!
 
Amazing! And the crowd really appreciate and enjoyed it. Seems the Japanese really respect their warriors.
 
The real impressive cut imo is the Kesa-giri on the free standing tatami. Cut was at proper angle with no scooping or travel. No easy task on a tatami with no internal support.
 
Impressive skills and blade, too. Some of those women in the audience are smokin' hot.
 
Wow. It may have been showmanship, but I'm sure it took him a lifetime of training to reach that level of showmanship. VERY impressive.
 
Most impressed at his abilities, and considering his age, what an incredible future is in front of him! :thumbup:
