Awesome Spyderco Prototype?

I especially like this statement in the description:

"THIS WAS IN A COLLECTION OF QUALITY KNIVES,SOME SPYDERCOS..."

Ah, that's it. Quality by ASSOCIATION! It must be a good knife, because it was in the general proximity of some other good ones! :D
 
The seller is antiquearchaeology. Isn't that the name of the company of the guys on the "American Pickers" show?
 
is there a way to leave feedback on a persons page so that potential buyers can be warned? Some way for us to comment that the knife being shown is not at all a spyderco?

I dont use ebay much...

I'm guessing that anybody who would even consider plunking down anywhere near $145 on a knife can tell a real Spyderco from that piece of crap.

I don't think they are the same people, the fellows on American Pickers are located in Iowa, the eBay seller is in "Central, NJ". I suspect their name is as phony as this knife.
 
145 is a steal!

The materials cost of the "aluminum or titanium, etc." handle is probably double that!

This is the super ultra rare spyderco no spyderhole prototype with the legendary hollow blue handles.....it's beautfiul. Ony 3 of them in exsistence. Sal has one, another is in the Smithsonian, and this one is for sale....Amazing nobody jumps on this. Holy grail of spydercos for $145....
