Does your annual have the large jimping? I'm curious if all 2004's have the large jimping, or if it was just a certain run.

Very nice indeed , was wondering what made you throw up all the recent sales. My safe queen, if/when i ever get one will be a mammoth ivory annual/or not.

It does appear from the picture to have large jimping...

Beautiful! The burl inlays are gorgeous. Can't stop thinking about how sharp it would be to have a matching pair of 1911 pistol grip panels and an ink pen ~ Wow, that would be a stunning combination;like some 007 James Bond stuff there Brother RR84. In fact, you could complete the whole package by snagging an Aston Martin with some custom buckeye burl trim.

See, here I go with my obsession. That's why I try real hard to resist those gorgeous inlays, because I know that my desires will burn at a faster rate than my wallet can deliver. IMO, the right type of wood has a warmth and richness that's unmatched by any other material; your new blade is a prime example ~ Congrats!

Wow! That one is so sweet! Congratulations!
Now I understand why I have seen a couple of your others CRK's in the exchange recently. I agree that it was totally worth it! Enjoy it!

That's a pretty one! One of the nicest wood inlays out there.

I've got a single annual myself, and like you, I won't use it.

It does have the large jimping! Tim...no way in hell, I'm a ridiculous broke person. Buy me a back up and i'll go to town on it!

Steel...you think this is James Bond? A buddy here just did a knife for me...tune in next week!

Wolf, that's an AWESOME Annual!

You need to make an instructional thread on how to find these beauties you always seem to get. That, or just send me an instructional PM. I'm good at keeping secrets.

Congrats on the knife. That inlay is stunning. Beautiful colors and composition.

gorgeous. I need to find a 2004like that. I'm trying to collect them for my children's birth dates.

Thanks guys! (and Lisa!)

Maprik that's funny:p

BBQ that's a great idea! Now I need a 2010 Annual!:D

hox, no secrets. Just have to have an addictive personality, the ability to let go of knives to fund knives, and great friends here on Blade Forums

Love the owl face. I would probably just lay in bed staring at it until I fell asleep.

First thing I saw when I looked at your photo is what appears to be a wolf face complete with eyes next to the pivot. Very nice!

Heck, son, that ain't no wolf; that's an owl.
That knife is one humdinger. That dagburned RR gets all the pretty stuff. And his camera seems to work really nice.
