AWT = Great Customer Service!

Just want to give a huge thumbs up to AWT. The customer service is superb. I purchased the hive scaled griptilian and was not satisfied with the fitment of the screws. They provided multiple solutions and even gave me a new set of hardware screws. I have few of their scales and the fit and machining is very top notch.

I have the same problem. What is the solution? They also gave me another set of screws and have most excellent service.

I sent it back and had it re-tapped to make them sit more flush.
