I tested out my trail hawk on a 6 inch log today. Now I have two smaller logs.

Why didn't you guys tell me that would be so much fun? Now I feel like I need a bunch more hawks. :grumpy: :D

Now, what else can I chop...

Remember, there is no cure for hawk addiction. All you can do is treat the symptoms by buying, modding, and using more hawks.

Grease, you're right up the road. You should look into doing some volunteer trail work with the WTA (Washington Trails Association).

Last time I used an axe was before I acquired the knife fever... I've been wanting to fix up the edge on my dad's old axe and hatchet, but I'm afraid to go near them. I don't need a 3rd addiction :p

Funny you should mention that. I was just looking into that sort of work earlier today...

And as for right up the road, I was born and raised right next to Maple Valley. Visit Ravensdale much? I haven't checked in on it for a long time... It's probably a lot bigger than it was 8 years ago. I kinda wish I could have watched it grow from the comfort of my old pasture...

I visit Ravensdale at least weekly. My work is often in Hobart, Ravensdale or Kanaskat. Ravensdale hasn't grown that much - nothing like Maple Valley has.
