Axe haul - Flea Market finds

Returned to Brimfield for the July show today. Next time I'll go later in the week. A lot of vendors not even set up yet.

A few finds.

A broad axe / hatchet from PV Mfg. Co., Brewer, MAINE; an an unmarked axe; and an axe label Red Knight:

Also scored two bastard files in mint condition for a song. Simonds and Johnson.

True Temper Black Prince Hewing axe.

Broad axe. Didn't catch the maker.

Au-to-graf Plumb Double bit.

Just saw this thread. The kelly jersey may be a Perfect -- they also had ribbed eyes at one time. See this thread for pics of what I'm talking about:

I have a no-name DB with ribs in the eye. You just never know.

Cleaned up the Red Knight axe tonight. I've read that Red Knight was a Collins venture. I paid $7 for this one.

are right about them being a Collins.
