Axe Head and Handle Separating...

Hey all, my axe head and handle are working against eachother. The axe is a Tractor Supply Company purchased, and it has two metal cylinders that run in the middle of the axe head opening to "keep it together."
However, the wood around those metal cylinders are working their way out and those allow the axe head to wander.

What do I do?

Thank You All!

These "cylinders" are used as wedges to keep the head tight, if I am understanding what you are talking about. If the wood is coming out around them then you need to replace the handle with a new one.
