Photos Axe ID? Phantom bevel Cruiser, 'T7' stamp

Found a nice Phantom beveled cruisers axe in an antique store in Humboldt County, CA. Does anyone have any info on the maker or age?

The only marking on the head is a 'T7' stamp on the bottom near the eye. It's got phantom bevels and is probably a cruisers axe. I've read that's rare.

Weight: 2-3lbs (I don't have a scale, but it's lighter than any of my 3.5lbs heads)

Length: 9in exactly

Eye: 2.75in
