Axe identification

I have acquired this axe and I am trying to positively identify it.
It is pictured with a TOPS flyer from 2006, and it looks a whole lot like the Max the Mini Ax, save the handle.

There is no maker mark that I am able to locate, but here are a few more pictures that might help ID it.
