• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

I was wondering if anyone could give me a little info about an axe that I picked up this weekend. It is a Damascus Camp Axe. It is stamped Damascus on one side and stamped C.A.C mfr's holbrook mass. I did a little research and found this particular axe in a 1908 Hunter-trader-trapper magazine. It was sold for $2. So if you have any good info or value for this axe I would really appreciate it. Thanks

C.A.C Axe Company - In Holbrook Mass - 1913 - There was a JW Collins in on the board of directors - wonder if he was related to the Collins Company clan?? Or wonder if this is one of the many imposters that tried to capitalize on the Collins name. CAC Collins Axe Company? Not sure.

Hi there ulchman
Welcome to the forums. Any chance of a picture? You'll have to put it in a photo host site like Flickr to post it.

Regards
