1) Council Tool Boy's Axe, US Forest Service Edition (FSS), discontinued by Council Tool, now a collector's item. Used but in excellent condition, has been profiled and sharpened to razor sharpness. Nearly perfect alignment and handle grain. $70 plus shipping (estimated $9 to $15 depending on zip code-- will only charge what it cost me to ship to you via USPS Standard or Priority Mail, axes are too heavy to eat shipping on). (SOLD on another forum) 2) Husqvarna Forest Axe, made by Hults Bruks/Hultafors of Sweden, excellent condition with original leather sheath, 2lb head w/ 26" handle, has been profiled and is razor sharp. PM for more info on this axe. $55 plus shipping (same deal with shipping as the Council Axe-- will only charge what it costs me to ship to you via USPS).
(SOLD) 3) Wetterlings Wildlife Hatchet, 13" handle, 1.25lb head, used but in excellent condition. This Wetterlings has been used to chop a lot of kindling and has good, tough steel (never chipped or rolled the edge on it, stays sharp/comes razor sharp). $66.00 plus $10.00 shipping (it's heavy so I can't eat shipping on it).
(SOLD on another forum) 4) Wetterlings Scandinavian Forest Axe, almost new condition, barely used. This is one of the newer, heavier Scandinavian Forest Axes with a head that's roughly 2.3lbs with a 26" long handle. $85.00 plus shipping ((same deal with shipping as the Council Axe-- will only charge what it costs me to ship to you via USPS depending on your zip).
