As for Lionsteel, there is no friendly agreement, the Daghetta and such use a very different lock. It resembles the Axis externally, but works more like a modified back lock. It's also nowhere near as smooth or easy to operate as the Axis lock.

Sorry if that was too close to the political line. I was trying to criticize Amazon’s company policy and not a government.

Sorry for the late reply. Actually, it's Williams Knife Co. They're under their Expedition section of their website. They're basically just Ganzo's with Chris Williams' company name etched on the blade.
