azwelke GAW for July! Kydex for your Beckers :)

I subscribed to this thread and tried to get my son to take some pics with his Becker during the 4th of July holiday but he was down with a messed up back! :(

Wow! I thought they were doing well when mine was refunded in less than two hours. Breaking some land speed records here!

Anybody get their order yet that used the credit? The wait is killing me! I am so excited as this will be my first kydex sheath.

not yet - i think its a 10-14 business day lead time - for me that will be later this week so the anticipation is definitely building! cant wait!
 
Hes very busy, everyone wants an azwelke sheath. :) It will show up and you will love it. Don't worry.

But I understand how you feel, I have been spending a lot of time watching for the mail man myself. :D
 
Hi Guys!

I have had a few personal set backs...

and one major work one... my oven died, once fixed though... I will have TWO, cause we bought a new one today!!! :) :)... as you know, my life literally revolves around my oven...


Good news is we are still within our 14 day usual time, however, I really did want these to be out sooner. The majority of these will be going out Wednesday.
So depending on where you are, should be by the end of this week :)

Those are some really nice sheaths you sell there. I need a low profile one so I can turn my BK14 into a neck knife. Can't buy right now but will asap. Wish I'd seen yours earlier. I wouldn't have just bought the one I have now. Please don't ever run out!
 
Tracking says my sheath has arrived! Too bad I'm not going to be home until tomorrow. Even then, I had it delivered to work. [emoji20]
 
just got mine in today! this thing is awesome! pics will soon follow once i get a chance to take a few

Retention started off really stiff out of the box, but lets face it I've been messing around with the sheath all day and all that usage has worked it in great, its now nice and smooth in and out, holds strong, and passes the tip up impact test with flying colors

Hands down the best part about this is the fact that it doesnt dull my edge anymore. my bk14 is an older roll stamped model so it has the high glass content sheath and kills an edge fast. I tested the kydex by running the edge of the blade along the edge of the sheath multiple times and it was still sharp enough to shave hair!


Now i just need to make up my mind and decide if i want to get a tek-lok and run it horizontally at the 11 o'clock position or just drop it in my pocket
