GeofS, the name on your blade is surprisingly similar to my dog's name. Here name is Vera Lynn. It is a Pink Floyd song inspired by a WW2 era british singer by the same name.

Bravo, I am always impressed by the quality of the fatwood you can find down there. We do not really have any around here. Thankfully we have a ton of White Birch around here and that bark is probably easier to find and easier to gather than fatwood. I still wish we had both.

Tanker, you don't have a big old bag of birch bark stashed out in that shed too?

Veronica Lynn is my wife. I put it on my blade because when the shit hits the fan, she has my back. The 16 will too. :thumbsup:
