Good to know. Mine does, too.....that's why I used it to make pie. It's a bit of overkill for apples.

Received my Thanksgiveaway sheath in the mail Saturday (along with all the other mail that didn't get delivered Thursday and Friday!) and WOW! Al & DeAnn, I am impressed. I asked them about purchasing an upgrade piggyback sheath for my 16, and I couldn't be happier! The level of craftsmanship, the fit and the finish are par excellence; I think it looks great, too (looking through the pics makes me think I'm gonna hafta color coordinate my knife handles, tho ;)). Carries very comfortably (although I've only worn it around the house a bit) with the offset dangler. I am so looking forward to carrying this rig outside! Very nice!! I just ordered one with my $15 off...a pancake for my BK5 with a dangler and firesteel loop. I'll post photos when mine is done. I can see from yours that I'll be making an order for another one for one of the others (I'm thinking BK2) with a piggyback for a tweener (maybe BK15). I can tell this is going to be habit forming....
