Note: I only spent about a minute total per reading (with the 100g tensioner "reasonably accurate readings" are quick). In hindsight, looking at how close the numbers are suggests using more care could have proved even more interesting.
*Boker Tree Brand knives are made in Germany, while Boker Plus and Boker Magnum knives are produced in Taiwan and China.
