My B-10s were "delivered" yesterday. As per usual, the mail carrier didn't ring my buzzer to get a signature, so my precious Choil & Choiless B-10 LEs are sitting at the Post Office, which is a several mile walk from my apartment.
At least I won't be gone on business, or in the office tomorrow. I think I'll wake up nice and early, get a cup of coffee and pick up the blades I've so anxiously been waiting for.
I love Res-C on big blades, and I love satin INFI. What could be better?
Congrats to all that got theirs this week!! I've been waiting to get a hold of these beauts for a while. They are sure to be instant classics!
I'll make sure to post many pictures once they are in hand.
ETA: It certainly is an instant classic!! Fast, agile, light, sharp, comfortable - everything I thought it would be. I think this knife will be perfection for camping/outdoor adventures where you'll be covering a lot of ground and expending a lot of energy. I'd like to get a Kydex dropleg w/ legstrap, exactly like my Rainwalker DF & NMSFNO sheaths, piggyback one of my shorter INFI blades and add a pouch with some basic survival gear. That sounds like the perfect knife setup to me.
Here are some pics, as promised.
Fresh out of the box (I think the heavy duty plastic netting is a great packaging idea, although I did nick myself taking the choilless out.):

A Few of my Recent 9'-10' Busse & Kin Scores:

Both In Hand:

I want some more BIG Res-C. How about a Basic Khuk, Jerry? (I should be getting another DF in a trade soon, which I'm psyched about. It's a user that belongs to my friend, and the funny part is that he barely uses it and that most of the wear is from me using it. He wants my Junglas. I'd say that's a good trade.):

The Choilless is WAY more awesome than expected. I really cannot decide which I like more:

The edge is thicker than expected, yet they both came RAZOR sharp. (Beef, you are a genius!)

If only I wasn't working 60-80 hrs a week, plus freelancing, I could get out there and try them out. It'll be a little while before I get to do that. Fondling them will be fun in the meantime.
