B10 confirmation email

Just got mine. 8-18 weeks. Holy cow!! I'm sure it'll be worth the wait!
I got some low numbers too! One w/ Choil, one without!

I've heard good things about Beef's sharpening job on the Basic-6, so heres to hoping that he sharpens both of mine :thumbup:

congrats, I am curious had I not requested 45 how low a number I would have gotten timestamp of email was right at 945, I decided when I got the 6 to go for a matching set, besides 45 is a cool number
 
We have started to send some e-mails but we are still sorting. Please give us a few days:):)
 
My email was stamped at 9:45. I didn't request a number, assuming I would get the number in which my email fell. Let's say I was the 9th email in and the 12th requested 9. Will I still get the 9?
 
Sweet......it's confirmed that I got the matching big brother to the Basic 6. #33 all the way!

Typically you can request a number higher than your position in line but not lower. If you are the 12th person to respond you can get #12 or a higher number (unless someone with an earlier response requests the same number you want). That is my understanding of the process at least.
 
Thanks Kong. That's kind of what I figured but just wanted to check. Still haven't gotten an email.
 
WooHoo! I just got confirmation of my requested number, too! #44 timestamped at 9:48. My first actual order from Busse!

Thanks, Jerry, for the 3-month payment option! This is the only way I could have ordered this given my current financial state. I hope you'll consider doing this again for future offerings!
 
I got #20 with choil :D
I just wonder what I could've got had I not made a request for #20...

Just received my email - no mention of serial numbers but I know Amy is busy so there is still hope i get the 2 numbers to match my B 6's. I also had a 9:48 time stamp.

Big thank you to Amy!! I got my e-mail confirming my order for 1 of each (choil, no choil). I did request a couple of specific serial number options but then stated that if they were taken or not available then "surprise me with the lowest available number". My e-mail from Amy did not specify my serial number; so perhaps, a surprise it will be!
As a favor to fellow Busse orderers I posted here instead of sending a confirming reply to Amy. She has enough mail to go through as is and I don't want to slow things.
