Looks like a finger (or thumb) protector for the manual leather stitcher, a.k.a. Dwayne. :D

the glass eye and broken ornament are close but its natural, not man made. :)

The glass eye thing made my daughter giggle! :D
 
I am tempted to see if I can get someone at the shop to throw some new handles on my BA-E and maybe my BM-E. Something like snake skin. Just a thought. I have those sometimes. ;)

But crystal is correct! :eek: Its Tibetan quartz, stubby little crytals full of inclusions and slightly smoky, one of the most unique quartzes in my collection. The daughter snuk it in before I noticed. :)
