Baby bullet style heavy trapper

This is the first one of these knives that I have made with bolsters. It is a sturdy knife that feels good in the hand. The blade is thick at the spine but ground real thin at the edge. I think that it turned out real good.
3 11/16" closed
6 7/16" overall
1/8" blade stock
D-2 blade & spring
Stainless steel liners & bolsters
Mill relieved liners
Red/black G-10 scales
Half stop
Back flush at open, closed, & half stop
Medium blade pull with smooth action
Crescent nail nick

That's a good looking knife, Gene. I like it a lot. And the bolsters work really well. Any plans to add a shield in your future work?
 
Thanks for the comment. I plan to do shields some time in the future but just haven't had time to learn that skill yet.
