This is an old design of mine suggested by a customer maybe 10 years ago; when it seems all I was making was Loveless drophunter clones. It was quite popular with both hunters and trout fisherman; the Gerber style clip makes it easy to attach it anywhere, and you can hang it around your neck if you care to. I stopped making it because I got bored with it, but have recently started to make some smaller knives( besides that one design of mine) and so it's back. The specs are:
Blade: Flatground 1/8 inch D-2. Blade is 3 1/4"(tip to handle) x 1 1/8". Mirror polish, distal tapered, convex edged and Cryo'd by D'Holder to around 60-61. OAL is 6 7/8" and it weighs 3.7 ounces.
Handle: Dyed, stabilized buckeye burl with red/grey liners. Copper mosaics and copper lanyard tube liner.
Sheath: 8-10oz veggie tanned bridle leather. Saddle stitched with welt and waterproofed with sno-seal(beeswax). Weighs 2.6 ounces.
Nice little EDC. The mirror polish makes it more rust resistant if you (like me) hang around the water a lot.
Price: $150.00 USD. Includes postage as far as the UK. No paypal fee, check and MO also accepted. Contact/paypal is joelcb@pennswoods.net.
Thanks for looking.
