Back CONUS from Colombia

Great to see you back Jeff! Glad you kept safe & that the trip was profitable. Please let us know what issue your article will be in.. I look forward very much to reading it.
 
Not sure on publication date. I'm working on doing a 2-part piece. First part will be about the Junglas, their training, missions, etc. and the 2nd part on the coke labs and how they are found and destroyed.

nice trip , i was just reading an artical on the new coca plants and pot plants popping up that have been geneticaly modified and bred to withstand about every thing including fire. i guess the economics of it are just that out there......

Coca drives a lot of economies....
 
vices drive lots of economics , like afghanistan and the poppy, lots of little spots for pot and hash production, i cant remeber what was popular in africa. but yea vices can drive a market... look at california or some of the tenn area... or BC some places the only money to make is in illcid drugs, i remeber OK was a huge meth production house.... you couldnt go to a town and not find a place that was cooking.... lets not forget the still on going battle agianst moon shining in the states.

Contary to popular belief (government fraud?) Marijuana is not easy to grow, and is very un-forgiving of mishandling. A fire would destroy any crop worth money.

The governement telling you the marijuana is getting harder to burn is like them telling you they want to use a new lottery to buy books for schools.

:D I hafta agree it burns easy( not saying I do or dont ,I just know it burns, I am a wealth of info) :p
 
oh it would destroy the crop, but as long as the roots are alive it will come back.... i am also wondering how these were created if it is infact genetric cross breeding or a true gm... im also wondering how much of it is just gov. propaganda to get more choppers and jobs....

Jeff, you mentioned the helo door gunners, did you met any resistance, did you get to see the capture, or was this after ?? After you write the book(s) make the movie (like the movie Salvador), I liked that movie ! That sounded like one hell of en excititng trip.
